For over 50 years GEICO has been providing leave cards to federal employees, free of charge, to help them track their annual leave. We have created a mobile version of the leave card with the tech savvy federal employee in mind. Want to know when you will have enough leave to take that vacation? Well, take a look at your GEICO leave card and set a date for your dream trip. Feeling ill and want to know how much sick leave you have? Open the app and make the choice to trudge into the office or keep your germs at home.
Simply download the app, enter your initial balances of leave as of today, and enter your accrual rates for sick and annual leave. From there, the app will automatically calculate your annual and sick leave accrual. You have the ability to account for days out of the office and add credit, comp and overtime in order to keep your card up to date. You can also send the information that appears on the leave card via email.
